Sustainability is the hot topic of every discussion nowadays. And rightly so because we have no home other than the Earth and we must look after it. The less waste we generate, the better for the natural environment. That is why we do everything we can to make the products we create eco-friendly.

What do we mean by that? All our standard fillers are 100% recyclable, ECO fillers are made of 100% recycled material, and the BIO version of air mats and cushions is made of 100% biodegradable material.
When choosing our air fillers you are supporting the circular economy based on the 4R principle (short for reduce, reuse, rot, recycle), that is:

• reduce/limit
• reuse
• rot/compost
• recycle

How do we apply the 4R principle in practice?

APS fillers are 99% air and only 1% material so using them means:

• reducing the weight of the shipment and thus the costs and impact of transport on the natural environment
• limiting the amount of material needed to fill 1 m3 of a package which results in a reduction of its carbon footprint
• reducing the volume of waste and the amount of raw materials used in production

After being taken out of the package our fillers are reusable (the consumer can use them to return the product, protect Christmas decorations or fill an unused bag so that it does not lose its shape; a company can use them for subsequent shipments or other needs).
The raw materials used for the production of air fillings are suitable for selective waste collections and reuse.

We manufacture BIO fillers from 100% biodegradable materials suitable for industrial composting. By increasing the number of BIO products available in our offer, we reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

With future generations in mind, we focus on a circular economy. We create uniform raw material fillers which translates into their 100% recyclability. Additionally, we apply waste-free production processes – all production waste returns to circulation.
