Undercounter basket

The Air Protect System undercounter basket is a clever storage device that feeds inflated airfillers to the packer working at the work table. This is the smallest basket we produce. It is automatically replenished with the amount of fillers that will be taken from it. We chose the height of the basket so that it would fit under the work table. The basket is narrow, which is also its advantage because it saves valuable space under the top of the packing station. We have equipped it with wheels, so it is easy to slide it out from under the table if necessary.

We have designed the way the basket works so that you do not have to bend under the table to take the fillers out of the basket. The pillows are served straight above the counter – into the hands of the packer. The packer removes as much filler as he needs at a given moment, and the system quickly and efficiently replenishes the contents of the basket.

The undercounter baskets produced in our factory have a powder-coated metal body. The body is equipped with a shelf on which the blowing device is placed. A flexible mesh is stretched around the body on a special frame. The basket body has wheels installed for the packer’s convenience. They allow it to be pulled out from under the countertop and possibly moved to another workstation. The wheels are equipped with a brake mechanism.

The Air Protect System undercounter basket starts automatically. The device turns on when the packer takes fillers for packaging. It turns off automatically when it stops collecting fillings and the built-in sensors indicate that the basket is full. This solution does not involve the attention or time of the warehouse employee, so packing is quick and efficient.
