Large-sized basket

The large-sized air fillers basket we produce facilitates the process of packing shipments. Thanks to this solution, you can supply up to 10 packaging stations with inflated fillers at the same time, and by using Air Protect System mats, you ensure that the product reaches the customer intact.

A large-size basket with a blowing device and a structure that moves the mats deep into the basket create an efficient system for distributing fillers to the packaging stations. The length of the channel that transports the inflated mats is selected in such a way that the fillers fall freely in the middle of the basket. The mats flow from the center in all directions, which allows you to take them from anywhere in the basket and prepare as many packing stations as needed on both sides of the basket. This is especially important in fulfillment warehouses and warehouses where packing takes place at several stations at the same time.

One of the main advantages of the basket is the ability to adapt it to the user’s needs. It can be personalized according to your wishes, recommendations or requirements. The height, width and length of the basket in which the air-filled material is collected can be adjusted to any space, which allows for optimal use of the available space. The basket presented in the photos is 5 m long. Upon request, we can modify it and prepare it to the expected size.

The basket has been designed to facilitate the packing process. We placed it on high legs, the height of which can also be selected according to individual instructions. One of the installation options is to mount the basket above the belt on which the products slide. This version provides convenient access to air fillers from any packaging station. Please remember that when installing above the belt, the lowest elements of the system (bottom of the basket, blowing device) are mounted at a height of min. 140cm. This dimension includes:

• height of the belt moving under the basket (70 cm)
• free space necessary to place loads on the belt (70 cm).

The walls of the basket we produce are made of flexible mesh. Thanks to this, holes for removing air fillers can be made anywhere, and this allows the basket to be conveniently adjusted to individual space requirements.

The blowing device was mounted on the shorter side of the basket. This way, each packer has easy access to the fillers, because the machine does not take up valuable space on the side wall of the basket. Additionally, for the convenience of people replacing the mat rolls, a special hinged platform has been installed in the basket, which allows the blowing device to be moved outside and a new roll to be freely installed.
