We manufacture Standard airbags from HDPE (High Density PE) film, which has a higher strength than LDPE film. The airbags are resistant to temperatures in the range of -50 oC to +110 oC. They are 100% recyclable. They are perfect for immobilizing pre-packaged, fragile, delicate items, like bulky items. You will effectively wedge the goods in the parcel with them, or fill that space that was left empty after packing the parcel into a box. They work best in parcels where about 10% of the volume remains to be filled.
We offer cushions that fill the empty space in the parcels blocking the products. You will successfully apply our pillows to packages that weigh up to 20 kg.
The length of the rolls of air pillows we produce is 500 meters, and the dimensions of a single uninflated air pillow are 21 cm x 12 cm. When inflated, the packing pillow measures 15.5 cm x 8.8 cm.
Air Protect System brand pillows are filled with air using the APS 20 device, which guarantees the preparation of 18 mb of air pillows per minute. You can rent the device from us. APS 20 is suitable for inflating air cushions made of both HDPE and EKO material.
