Basket

The basket is used to collect mats and pillows airfillers. This is one of our company’s proposals that will make the work of everyone who packs parcels easier. It is a universal element of the airfiller spreading system in the warehouse. The basket is equipped with wheels, so you can easily transport the inflated fillings to the packing stations. We have chosen the height of the basket so that you can conveniently remove fillers from it or push it to a specially designed table.

You don’t have to worry that the basket will overflow or fill with more mats or pillows than you need. The device for inflating the fillers turns off itself after an appropriately programmed number of meters or when the entire basket is filled. All you need to do is program the device once and it will stop automatically.

The baskets produced in our factory have light frames, flexible material walls and wheels that allow the baskets to be moved in different directions. For the convenience of users, we install wheels that are equipped with a brake mechanism.

The basket can hold up to 50 meters of foil, and it only takes 3.5 minutes to fill the basket. The device for inflating the airfillers turns itself off after an appropriately programmed number of meters or (thanks to special sensors) when the entire basket is filled.
